PLEASE NOTE: COLD THERAPY PRODUCTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. IF THERE IS A FUNCTIONAL PROBLEM WITH THE DEVICE AND IT IS WITHIN THE MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY PERIOD, IT WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW DEVICE.

60 Day Return Policy

Any product may be returned for up to 60 days following the original purchase will be refunded to the original form of payment OR store credit in the form of a coupon code to be redeemed on our website. This includes items that have been worn or tried on. Products that have been worn must be clean or laundered and returned within 60 days to receive a refund.
